OF THE RETURN TO AFRICA FOUNDATION
The Foundation uses cookies for the purpose of collecting non-personal data. They are used to provide services at the highest level, to optimize the shared content, to tailor them to the individual needs of each user, as well as for advertising and statistical purposes. These data are not personal data and do not allow for the unambiguous identification of a person.
Cookies are small text files that are stored by the browser. They contain sets of information that are saved on the computer. Cookies are useful because they allow the website to recognize the user’s device.
Cookies in no way destroy or damage the operating system on the computer, saved files, nor do they intentionally negatively affect its performance or functionality. Identification takes place anonymously, without names, and these are only data regarding the manner and form of use.

1) required cookies – these are files necessary for smooth navigation of the website and use of all its functions. The user’s consent to our use of these cookies is not required;
2) performance cookies – they collect information about how the user uses the website, including the most visited pages and error messages; they do not collect information identifying users;
3) functionality cookies – these files allow the site to remember the choices a user makes (such as username, language, or region) and provide features tailored to individual needs (if such features are available). For example, the site may remember changes in text size, font, and other customized website elements. The information collected in such files is anonymous and does not track user activity on other sites;
4) advertising cookies – they help deliver ads that match the user’s interests. They may collect information about browsing habits and tailor ad content to the user’s interests;
5) statistical cookies – used to count statistics.
Managing cookies
You can independently change the settings regarding cookies at any time by specifying the conditions for their storage and for cookies to access the end device. The changes to these settings can be made via the web browser settings. These settings may be changed, in particular, so as to block automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform about each placement of cookies on the end device. Failure to make changes means that cookies may be placed and stored on the user’s end device. Any User who does not agree to use cookies is obliged to modify the web browser settings. The user’s system configuration that allows the use of cookies means consent to store by the Controller the information referred to in Article 173(2) of the Act of 16 July 2004 – Telecommunications Law.
Restricting the use of cookies may affect some functionalities available within the website.
